The park can be accessed by road transport that is from Kampala - Mweya via Mbarara which is approximately 420km OR Kampala - Mweya via Fort portal which is approximately 410 kilometers. What makes  Queen Elizabeth National park a top tourist destination is its unique tree climbing lions, its richness in wild life that includes the big 4 animals (minus the Rhinos) and these can be spotted
