Our Safaris and car hire policy is very instrumental in the way we handle our guests, a good professional driver following a good policy can make a guest’s trip awesome. As Muzbag safaris we believe in providing the best transport services to our guests with no compromises.
All our drivers follow our standard speed limit policy, we do not exceed 80km/h at any given time. All our drivers follow this speed limit most importantly ensuring a comfortable and safe trip to all our guests.
All our cars are serviced every 3000km as a must, this means that all cars are in good condition all the time and well inspected every 3000km. On top of that all cars has spare tires just in-case of a flat tyre, car air conditioners are working,
All our drivers speak English and some do speak Swahili, they have a very good experience of 7+ years, they are always smart with company Uniforms, they are well trained on how to handle and relate with guests, have a good experience on Ugandan roads and follow that law.
Its extremely uncommon for any of our cars to ever get stuck because of a mechanical issue since we service and inspect our cars by mileage, however if it happens we immediately dispatch another car as known as a rescue car. We believe that no guest should ever get stuck on their trip.
While on doing game drives, we follow that standard park speed limit of driving at 40km/hr, we never exceed this limit while in game parks, also when in parks we do not park in known areas like elephant paths. Also rhinos are know to be violent so whenever we find rhinos we stop and let them cross or move away with out forcing our way, rhinos can easily destroy a car with their big horn.
Also most parks like Murchison Falls National Park we are not allowed to stop car engines for a simple reason that in case a car fails to start again you might get stuck in the park, we follow all these rules to the later.
All our cars are clean and well maintained, before the trip every car is carefully washed both interior and exterior, we wash them whenever possible during long trips as well.
We do not not drive at night for security reasons, we ensure that our guests are back to their hotel or other place of stay by 7pm. The only exception we do for night driving is when a guest’s tour is a night one lets say bird watching which is some times done in the night.
